1.个人简介

201411月至今91短视频 教授;

201304~201410月,日本91短视频 材料研究所任助理教授;

201004~201303月,日本91短视频 材料研究所博士后;

200811~201003月,日本九州大学先导物质化学研究所博士后;

2008年毕业于中国科91短视频 长春光学精密机械与物理研究所,获博士学位。

担任JACSNature CommunicationsScience AdvanceACS Nano等期刊审稿人;担任国家自然科学基金等项目的通讯评审专家;获吉林省自然科学奖一等奖、辽宁省自然科学学术成果一等奖、中国科91短视频 “朱李月华”博士奖、中国科91短视频 “横山 明聪”博士奖以及中国科91短视频 优秀毕业生等荣誉。


2.研究方向

① 电子学材料与电子器件;

② 功能材料的第一性原理计算与设计;

③ 新型半导体材料设计、薄膜取向生长及新能源应用。


3.招生信息

每年招收优秀硕士生2-3名;博士生1-2名。


4.人才培养情况

毕业研究生10名(获国家奖学金3名、辽宁省优秀毕业生4名、中国航天冠名奖学金1名;优秀硕士毕业论文2人);学生就业单位包括华为美的中兴海康威视黎明航空台积电等五百强企业。


5.近年来承担的科研项目

以项目负责人承担国家级自然科学基金项目4项、中央高校基本科研业务费项目等省部级课题8项,横向课题3项。


6.研究成果概况

在材料、物理和化学类高水平英文学术期刊发表SCI检索论文80 余篇,出版英文学术专著章节2部,包括Nature CommunicationsACS Applied Materials & InterfacesCarbonPhysics Review期刊 (7)等;被SCI论文引用1800余次,入选ESI高被引论文2篇。
